Story

• As User I can see detail of a course :
  • Course Name
  • Summary
  • Description
  • Related Competencies
  • Tags
  • Sections
• As Employee I can submit application to take this course
• As Manager I can recommend this course to selected employees
• As HR Staff I can click Create button and redirect to page to create new section
• As HR Staff I can click Info button on record row of specific content and redirect to page to show section detail
• As HR Staff I can click Update button on record row of specific content and redirect to page to update the section
• As HR Staff I can delete section

Constraint

• User cannot submit application for a course that already taken
• Manager cannot recommend employees that already taken this course
